Orders & Payments
All products, workshops, and custom orders are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed at the time of order using the methods provided on our website. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not received or if product availability changes.

Delivery & Pickup
Delivery options are available based on proximity to the farm, with rates communicated on the site. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Custom orders and event arrangements require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice unless otherwise stated. TwinkleBug Flowers is not responsible for damage occurring after delivery or pickup, beyond what is noted for secured packaging.

Custom Arrangements & Events
We are happy to accommodate special requests for weddings, events, and workshops. Event orders may require deposits or consultation to finalize arrangements. Custom arrangements are designed using in-season flowers to best meet your preferences while maintaining the integrity of our floral offerings.

Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations for custom orders or events must be communicated promptly. Refunds or credits will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to the nature of the order, timing, and perishable items.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including images, text, designs, and logos—is the property of TwinkleBug Flowers and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without explicit written permission.

Limitation of Liability
TwinkleBug Flowers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our products or services. We do our best to ensure quality and care in every order, but handling after delivery is the customer’s responsibility.
